A rocket belonging to Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin company exploded on the launchpad Thursday, creating a massive fireball that could be seen for miles. The total development cost for the “New Glenn” rocket program is $2.5 billion, with an estimated $110 million dollars per launch.
