Moscow, Nov 2 (Prensa Latina) Russia's representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, stated that there are no guarantees that Kiev will not resume attacks on the power lines of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant (NPP).
