    And both Putin and Xi Jinping are lying, because they know perfectly well that the golden dome is Trump’s modern take on Reagan’s star wars: it’s pure bluff. It will shower the US military-industrial complex with astronomical amounts of money for years to come, but nothing concrete will come out of it.
