Havana, October 31 (Prensa Latina) President Miguel Diaz-Canel commemorated the 25th anniversary of the Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement between Cuba and Venezuela, an event that coincided with the arrival of humanitarian aid from the Bolivarian government following Hurricane Melissa.
