From what I read in that, the publishers of this paper are pushing that much-more-moderate wildfire-projections ought be relied-on, projections based on the soil-moisture, not on the air-moisture…
& that under multiple +C degrees rise, there will only be 2-3x increase in wildfires…

Which means that their paper is falsified by already-existing evidence!
The air-moisture method predicts about 66x wildfire increase for +4C, which would match the already-earned part of the global-warming curve that we’re IN, right now…
If the evidence we’ve seen means what I’m believing it to mean, these people are pushing idiocy.
