Bolivian social organizations and unions have declared an indefinite strike seeking the resignation of neoliberal President and U.S. ally Rodrigo Paz. Paz has imposed austerity policies which have crippled the Bolivian economy and has issued an arrest warrant for former president Evo Morales.
