But seriously, this is so fucking illegal. If the US thinks a crime has been committed, then they should present their evidence to the ICC, and wait for an actual arrest warrant to be issued.
If their case has any merit, then they will have a legitimate reason to “arrest” Castro. But, if it doesn’t…then they need to stay the fuck out of Cuba. And if they don’t, then the ICC needs to issue an arrest warrant for not only Trump, but also Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio as well.
