AUSTRALIA’S national body representing First Nations children has called for an end to the politicisation of the death of Kumanjayi Little Baby, as hundreds gathered to mourn the five-year-old Warlpiri girl.Community vigils were held today across the country. At Melbourne’s Aborigines Advancement League, about 400 people laid flowers beneath Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags at half mast, lit candles and observed a minute’s silence. In Canberra, mourners gathered at the Aboriginal tent embassy, many dressed in pink.
