RMT seafarers in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) began strike action tomorrow and will again on May 13 following a dispute over pay, transparency and concerns over compliance with the national minimum wage.

Members resorted to taking industrial action after RFA management failed to bring forward solutions to address the lack of clarity over how pay is calculated, despite seafarers routinely having to work up to 12 hours a day.
