Grace Mathisen is an activist, land defender, and sailor from so-called Vancouver. Before joining the Freedom Flotilla Coalition for the 2026 Spring Mission, she worked at Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia. Her personal sailboat is moored in Musqueam Territory.

Grace is anti-imperialist, anti-war, and anti-extractivist. When she’s not challenging Canada’s enablement of the ongoing Israeli displacement and genocide of Palestinians since 1948, you can find her playing softball, dodgeball, or storytelling.
