Nigel Farage and Adam Mitula and a tweet from Mitula saying he wouldn't touch a Jewish woman, Reform

On 24 February, we reported that Reform UK had suspended Matt Goodwin’s campaign manager for racist posts. On 14 April, we reported that Adam Mitula had continued to work behind the scenes on election campaigns. Now, it turns out he’s still operating in front of the scenes too:

Remember Matt GPT’s campaign manager Adam Mitula, the one who was supposed to be suspended for antisemitism?

The question now is why aren’t the British media covering this story?

Reform and Adam Mitula

In February, investigators uncovered a string of racist posts made by Mitula, including the following:

Mitula has also engaged in Holocaust denial, as Manchester’s the Mill reported:

Meanwhile, discussing the number of people who died in the Holocaust in July 2024, he appears to try and play down the statistics, writing: “6 million polish [sic] people including some Jews. They always use Poles to make up the number. And on top of it they claim Poles were killing. Just sick.”

Reform suspended Mitula for the above (and more). Despite the suspension, Mitula continued to work as an election agent:

Now, it seems that Reform and Mitula aren’t just flouting the suspension; they’re practically laughing at us for expecting them to take it seriously in the first place.

So where’s the backlash?

The UK’s media and political establishment spent the past several weeks accusing the Green Party and its members of being antisemitic. Their argument has been that activists who oppose Israel’s genocide in Gaza are actually antisemites by stealth. Because these journalists and politicians supposedly take antisemitism very seriously, they’ve dedicated all their time to calling out Green politicians and activists:

Melanie Phillips accuses @ZackPolanski of inciting hatred because he says Israel is committing genocide.

Israel is committing genocide, & when it comes to who actually incites hatred, lets remember that mass murderer Anders Breivik quoted Phillips multiple times in his manifesto pic.twitter.com/jX1aIin3yb

The attacks have proven so relentless that the Green Party had to set up a group to support candidates who are facing smears from the media:

Thanks for highlighting this Tony.
If anyone has been affected by the unfair smears, please do reach out https://t.co/H6CMaaUq0q

Where’s the media?

This all begs the question: why the silence on Mitula?

Adam Mitula made blatantly antisemitic comments; if the media truly cares about antisemitism, why wasn’t it a major story across all outlets when news first broke of his comments?

Why wasn’t it an even bigger story when it emerged that Mitula continued working for the party despite his suspension?

Why isn’t it on the front page of every newspaper today, when the guy is literally posting pictures of himself smiling on the campaign trail?

On 3 May, in the final Sunday interviews before the local elections, a string of politicians and journalists took turns laying into the Jewish Zack Polanski, accusing him and his party of being a threat to Britain’s Jewish population. Nigel Farage, meanwhile, is being treated as a crusader against antisemitism

We doubt anyone would view Farage as serious voice on the topic of countering antisemitism if the media treated the Mitula story with the seriousness it deserves.

You’ll note that a man standing behind Farage in the video above is holding a sign which reads ‘ANTI-ZIONISM = TERRORISM’. As we’ll get into, Farage’s support for Zionism is precisely why the media is giving him an easy ride.

The Establishment

The establishment used to treat Corbyn’s Labour as the ‘antisemitism party’; now they’re running the same playbook on the Greens. This is despite antisemitism being a bigger problem in other parties:

Note that Reform is the most antisemitic according to this data but The Jewish Chronicle reported on this poll as though Reform were the least.

— cez (@cezthesocialist) April 1, 2026

If the issue is antisemitism, why put a heavy focus on where it’s found least and next-to-no focus on where it’s found most?

The answer is simple; it’s because the issue for these political insiders has never has been antisemitism. Instead, the ‘antisemitism’ smear is used to tarnish those who oppose Israel’s genocide today and who opposed Israel’s apartheid in the past. As we reported on 30 April:

There are obvious reasons why the British establishment has sought to defend Israel at the expense of its own citizens:

Mainstream journalists and politicians aren’t challenging Reform on this topic, because Reform is fully enmeshed with the establishment on this issue.

If you want a party which actually challenges the status quo, choose wisely on Thursday 7 May.
