On Sunday 3 May 2026, 26-year-old Nayef Firas Ziad Samar excitedly dropped his pregnant wife off at the hospital in Nablus, West Bank. She was in labour and about to give birth to their son and first child. As staff took over her care, he left the hospital to go to the nearest shop to pick up some essentials for her. As he left the hospital, Israeli troops began storming the area unannounced and firing at civilians. They shot him in the head and killed him instantly.

As his son took his first breaths in the hospital, Nayef took his last just outside it:

With the eyes of the world’s ‘mainstream’ media on its illegal war on Iran, Israel has taken the opportunity to vastly accelerate its land theft around Nablus, as well as in Gaza. Last week, former Mossad boss Tamir Pardo compared Israel’s escalated violence in the West Bank to the Nazi Holocaust.

Israel is a terror state.
