Sen. Lindsey Graham and other Trump allies are rushing a bill through Congress that would allocate $400 million in taxpayer funds to rebuild Trump’s ballroom — all while those same taxpayers are beginning to feel the effects of a global energy crisis. Graham’s plan dictates taxpayers covering $332 million of the total package, paid through “customs fees” on imported goods.
