WELSH Labour launched its housing pledge today to deliver 100,000 homes over the next 10 years, including 40,000 low-carbon rental homes, but it was overshadowed by the Peter Mandelson scandal.
Party leader Eluned Morgan visited a housing development in Cardiff and said: “Welsh Labour has an ambitious, but affordable plan to deliver 100,000 new homes over the next decade.
