Astana, Oct 25 (Prensa Latina) Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to his Kazakh counterpart, Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev, on the occasion of Republic Day, and expressed his confidence in the development of the strategic partnership between Moscow and Astana.
