SCOTTISH Greens have pledged to build on the Scottish government’s four-day working week trials by rolling them out further into the public sector.A Scottish government pilot cutting the working week to 32 hours in quangos South of Scotland Enterprise and the Accountant in Bankruptcy ran for two years from 2023 and saw productivity and workplace satisfaction grow over the period.
