According to Fox News chief foreign correspondent Trey Yingst on Sunday, Trump told him in a phone interview that he had arranged for weapons to be sent to protestors through the Kurds, but the Kurds kept them instead.

I doubt his word has any value at all, but if it is true then good, we should have sent them a lot more aid in general and not just guns.
