WREXHAM have vowed to ban any supporter responsible for “sexist and misogynistic” online comments after their women’s team claimed the Welsh Premier Women’s League title for the first time.

A 4-1 win over Cardiff at the Racecourse Ground on Sunday ensured Wrexham were crowned champions.

However, a series of abusive posts were shared online after the game, prompting the club to respond.
