An off-duty Metropolitan police officer verbally abused a Palestinian Al Jazeera journalist, calling him a “dog” and telling him to “go back to Qatar". Investigative outlet Declassified UK identified the officer as special constable David Soffer. The incident happened after an arson attack on Monday on four ambulances owned by a Jewish charity in Golders Green, London.
