It’s more fundamental than that:

Read Kahneman’s important “Thinking, Fast and Slow” book, & understand that there are 2 systems of thinking in our brains.

The imprint->reacting system he identifies correlates with the lower-forebrain, & the considered-reasoning system he identifies correlates with the upper-forebrain ( validated by programming being upper-forebrain, in scans, and NOT rooted in the language-regions, which usually are left-hemisphere localized ).

Fundamentally, what’s really going on, is the imprint->reaction system is fighting-off considered-reasoning from all authority-roles, before it does it tantrum/pogrom proving that it, the reacting-system, ALONE is lord of the world.

It wants the simplistic animal-reacting world that doesn’t have any moral-anxiety in it, doesn’t have any considered-reasoning in it, doesn’t have any diversities making things complicated, in it, etc.

It wants simplistic, homogenous, animal-reacting is RIGHT, is LORD, is GOD, & it’s going to be rampaging our world for the next 6-ish decades, fighting to enforce its totalitarian-dominion.

Notice that Leninists & Republicans BOTH eradicate considered-reasoning from education, 1st thing, as a means of enforcing THEIR imprinting-reacting programme controlling the population from then on…

It takes at least 10x as long to establish considered-reasoning & critical-thinking in a population, as it does to establish imprinting->reacting in the same population.

Possibly 100x.
