This is straight out of the Israeli terrorist state handbook too.
First, when the world’s attention is focused on their attacks on a designated enemy like Gaza or Iran, they take the opportunity to go launch some attacks on the West Bank or southern Lebanon.
Then, if the world’s attention shifts too much to those targets of opportunity, they go attack southern Syria.
Depending on how this plays out, Yemen might get a turn too.
