Moscow, Oct 23 (Prensa Latina) Arnaldo Tamayo, Latin America’s first cosmonaut and Hero of the Soviet Union and the Republic of Cuba, will participate in the International Cooperation Forum to be held in Moscow, Prensa Latina informed.
