We’re joined by one of those delegates, Jacqueline Luqman, Chair of the Coordinating Committee of the Black Alliance for Peace. She is also a co-founder of Luqman Nation, an independent Black Media outlet. She provides analysis on Venezuela in the aftermath of the U.S. attack and kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro.
