“Examples of Iranian acts against US in last 40 years” is an argument that gets unanswered in any media debate. US has had no good will towards Iran within that period, including especially its sanctions regime. Having negotiations to lift sanctions was supposed to mean a constructive path forward, instead of an opportunity for Israel to derail the negotiations.
