LEBANON: Thousands of people are fleeing their homes following relentless bombings by Israel as it clashed with militant group Hezbollah, which said it fired missiles in response to the killing of Iran’s supreme leader.
Lebanon’s Health Ministry today reported at least 31 people were killed and 149 wounded in overnight strikes on Beirut suburbs and the south, and Israel confirmed further strikes later in the day
Doctors Without Borders said its teams have witnessed “large waves of displacement” with people fleeing with few belongings.
