Dear Friend,
I got back to the United States from witnessing the damage the U.S. government is doing to Venezuela in time for the launch of a new war on Iran. WBW is organizing globally against these and several other wars — but also against the entire war machine. We just held over 50 events in a global day of action to close bases and won a big victory on divestment in Canada. We’re in the middle of an online course on unarmed civilian defense, an online book club on peace, and a series of important webinars. The variety of local and global campaigns we’re engaged in at the moment is overwhelming, but everything we did in 2025 (as shown in our new annual report) is mind-boggling.
