    I would want forced-sterilization in the case of serial-rapists.

    I know there are many cases of forced-sterilization in Canada’s past which were evil, but the technology-itself isn’t evil ( technologies are neutral, generally ), it is the evil-application of it that has been evil.

    & I don’t see any justification for allowing serial-rapists to impregnate any woman in the future.

    Feel free to downvote me for violating ideological-purity/conformity.
