This is an excellent article with a terrible title. ICE is still very much in operation, abusing Minnesota, putting people that have broken no laws on terrorist watch lists and arresting people without due process. We are winning, but we most certainly have not won. People need to stop prematurely declaring victory and put their foot on the gas.
