It won’t be under permanent American occupation, and then the people will use what’s left. America is going away, the empire is retreating, Israel will normalize relationships in some years (I know, I know, they should all be burned alive for what they did but dw, God will do it) as American force projection becomes very limited. That’s the only hope I have.
