“They are beaten in the face. They beat them.” A viral video posted on Reddit and Facebook apparently shows leaked footage from a downtown Baltimore ICE holding facility, with at least three dozen people crammed into a single room. The video has not been verified. However, in a released statement ICE did not challenge the authenticity of the footage, blaming overcrowded conditions on bad winter weather.
