The latest killing of a civilian by federal agents in Minneapolis has sparked a wave of impromptu direct action, with residents blocking roads and raiding and vandalising a hotel where agents were staying. As tensions rise, people in hundreds of other cities have been protesting or showing other acts of solidarity, and calls are growing for a nationwide general strike against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
