A poll by Opinium Research found that when it comes to so-called ‘Israel’, more UK residents view it as a threat those who don’t – by a factor of more than two. The poll was conducted between 21-23 January and featured 2005 respondents. It shows 41% of voters regard the settler-colony as working against the interests of their country. Only 18% now see the apartheid land grab as an ally.
The results are pretty unsurprising two years into the Zionist entity’s holocaust in Gaza, especially given the numerous obvious harms ‘Israel’ does to Britain. These include the infamous murder of British World Central Kitchen workers John Chapman, James Kirby, and James Henderson in April 2024.
‘Israeli’ genocide forces killed the three alongside colleagues Lalzawmi ‘Zomi’ Frankcom, Damian Sobol, Saifeddin Issam Ayad Abutaha and Jacob Flickinger. An ‘Israeli’-controlled drone murdered them as they were ferrying food round the besieged strip, trying to mitigate the famine caused by the Netanyahu regime’s starvation policies.
Long list of ways terrorist pseudo-state Israel hurts Britain
The murders were ultimately whitewashed by the unceasingly dishonest land thieves. Britain helped to cover up the atrocity by refusing to release surveillance footage captured as the RAF aided the genocide.
The reasons behind the infrequency of condemnation directed at ‘Israel’ were highlighted at a recent parliamentary Home Affairs committee. The MPs were meant to be providing impartial insight into the ban of Maccabi Tel Aviv thugs from Birmingham. Instead they lined up to declare their membership of pro-Zionist groups such as Labour Friends of ‘Israel’ (LFOI) and the Board of Deputies of British Jews (BOD).
Declassified UKrevealed that LOFI have bought off half of Starmer’s cabinet. Voters have correctly identified this as a threat, as it massively undermines British democracy. The fact that the aforementioned committee – and MPs generally – seemed more concerned with the right to riot of racist louts excreted out of a genocidal apartheid state, than they did with the safety of Birmingham residents, attests to that.
Labour continue to erode other fundamental rights as a result of Zionist influence, such as the ability to protest freely. Palestine Action have been proscribed as a terrorist organisation, despite their actions being focused on property damage against weapons on war, rather than harm to people. 1000s of people have been arrested for supporting the group by holding up bits of paper voicing opposition to genocide.
Home secretary Shabana Mahmood is attempting to bring in further restrictions, criminalising repeat protests that have a “cumulative impact“. The whole point of protest is to shift the political needle by continuous action, so this essentially amounts to ending effective protest altogether.
Time to dump Trump and the US too
Workers face moral injury – and for senior staff potential criminal liability – by being made to sell ‘Israeli’ products, thus funding atrocities against Palestinians and other in West Asia. Fortunately some are beginning to successfully defy being forced to be complicit in war crimes.
A related poll also found support ebbing away for the United States, as only a sliver separates those viewing the imperial brute as an ally from those viewing it as a threat – 37% to 35% respectively. Zack Polanski recently called on Britain to:
…disentangle our security apparatus from the USA so that we are genuinely independent.
He correctly emphasised the danger of continued vassal status while being dictated to by a belligerent buffoon in Washington. He highlighted the colossal waste that Trident amounts to, a nuclear weapons system which requires Britain to ask Daddy Trump’s permission before pushing the big red button. The Green Party leader went on to stress the danger of such weapons existing at all.
It should also be stated that Britain’s role of acting like the guffawing sycophant to the playground bully also puts it in the crosshairs of whatever adversary the US enrages next. That’s a pretty serious thing if Washington gets serious about kicking off World War 3 with Russia or China, which its sabre rattling may cause.
Mark Carney recently signalled “a rupture not a transition” away from US hegemony. That’s long overdue, combined with shaking off the malign influence of the Zionist scourge.
