The US-led Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) will force Palestinians into a dystopian nightmare blandly titled a ‘planned community’. Freshly leaked plans show how people in Gaza will be subject to even more surveillance, checkpoints and a bizarre re-education program which favours the Israeli point of view.

The plans were leaked to Drop Site News. They show how the US military-led CMCC will build a special community block to house civilians.

If they go ahead, the project would:

contain and control its residents through biometric surveillance, checkpoints, monitoring of purchases, and educational programs promoting normalization with Israel.

Sounds entirely normal…

The CMCC was established by US Central Command, known as CENTCOM, after the October 17 ceasefire deal started. Or was meant to start… the fact hundreds of Palestinians are still being killed makes the notion a little problematic.

CMCC’s mission is supposedly to:

help facilitate the flow of humanitarian, logistical, and security assistance from international counterparts into Gaza.

We can now get a sense of what that all means behind the jargon.

Pro-Israel colonial project for the lads

Many other nations are involved in what looks more like a pro-Israel colonial project by the day:

The CMCC is led by U.S. Army Lieutenant General Patrick D. Frank and includes both U.S. and Israeli military officials along with personnel from dozens of countries, including France, Britain, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt.

As Drop Site points out, it is not certain how CMCC fits into Trump’s so-called Board of Peace in Gaza:

it is unclear where exactly it will operate within the new structures being created after Trump announced Phase Two of the plan last week, including the formation of a so-called “Board of Peace” to oversee Gaza with a Founding Executive Board beneath it and a Gaza Executive Board of Palestinian technocrats beneath that.

The board of the Board of Peace contains zero Palestinians. What it does contain is former UK PM and war criminal Tony Blair. Stirring from a death-like slumber in his dusty crypt beneath the shell of a shattered castle deep in the mountains of Carpathia, Blair, who has known only The Dark Thirst these last 800 years, said:

It’s been a real privilege to work with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner and their outstanding team.

Back to sleep now, Tony. You can feed on a plump villager later.

This is the weaponisation of aid in Gaza

Jonathan Whittall was a senior UN official in Palestine from 2022 to 2025. He told Drop Site the entire plan was cynical:

Plans are rapidly accelerating for what U.S. officials last week cynically referred to as the ‘Gaza first planned community,’ previously known as ‘alternative safe communities.

He added:

This is the next phase in the weaponization of aid.

Drop Site claimed to have seen a key CMCC presentation which described the project. The leaked material claims that Palestinians would be able to move freely, but also claimed they would be subject to security checks:

Residents will be able to enter and exit the neighborhood freely, subject to security checks to prevent the introduction of weapons and hostile elements.

All entering residents will be registered with biometric documentation to enable identification for movement and civil services.

Very convincing…

UAE written all over it

The facility will be known as the ‘Emirati compound’. The UAE seems to be centrally involved. The UAE has normalised relations with Israel and is a member of the Board of Peace. UAE is also carrying out its own genocide in Sudan right now for good measure.

Shockingly, there will be a special educational program to align those living there with Israel:

Part of the CMCC’s proposals regarding schooling in the planned residential zone seem aimed at promoting an Emirati-inspired reeducation program.

According to Dropsite, the CMCC presentation states that:

educational programs can prevent diversion of an uneducated and unoccupied population to misaligned activities.

As the outlet pointed out, this is a strange angle. Occupied Palestinians are statistically some of the most literate and educated people on earth:

Despite Israel’s brutal occupation, Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank have had one of the highest literacy rates in the world, reaching over 97 percent in 2020, with high rates of enrollment in secondary and higher education.

You can read Drop Site’s full report here. What CMCC is making sounds like is a US-led re-education camp. One wholly aligned with the colonial aims of Israel. That hardly comes as a shock. But the sheer brazenness of the plans is still something to behold.

Again, Israel and US want to force through peace what they couldn’t force through war — plans to dominate Palestine endure. And dressing it up in humanitarian language? Well nobody is buying that anymore.
