Twin Cities community members took to the streets of downtown Minneapolis on Tuesday as part of a global day of action against the Trump administration’s federal crackdowns on US cities and its wars abroad. Minnesotans are preparing for a massive statewide shutdown on Friday, an action endorsed by over 100 organizations including major labor unions like SEIU Local 26, UNITE HERE Local 17, and CWA Local 7250.
