“Now we get to be the Nazis, right?” As the Greenland crisis intensifies, activists have disrupted a party in London celebrating the anniversary of Donald Trump’s inauguration. The activists from Fossil Free London and Climate Defiance were thrown out on Tuesday night as they slammed supporters for backing the US president’s attack on Venezuela and attempts to take over Greenland. It comes before Trump is set to address world leaders at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday afternoon. “A year after Trump’s inauguration, the impact of his fossil-fuel obsession is clear," said Robin Wells, director of Fossil Free London. “He is willing to jeopardize global stability to benefit the oil industry and enrich himself and his allies.”
