What dividends?
He stole people’s money and he only proposed to give some back. The stolen money was never put to any good use that generated dividends.
And unsurprisingly, Dementia Don conveniently forgot his promise - like all his other promises.
He promised to be a tyrant from day one; he kept that promise!
