Polanski has shown his mettle during Trump's invasion of Venezuela - and now, he's put little Wes Streeting in his place over Greenland

Green Party leader Zack Polanski has continued to set an example for politicians over the US attacks on Venezuela and Donald Trump’s threats to invade Greenland.

Polanski shreds Labour once again

Keir Starmer and his ministers have refused to condemn Trump’s unprovoked military assault on Venezuela and abduction of Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro and his wife. The craven Starmer even said he had to wait to see what Trump would say before he could voice an opinion. A string of ministers followed suit. Polanski, by contrast, was quick out of the blocks to tear into cowardly politicians and condemn the US’s terrorism.

And he was still on form as health secretary Wesley ‘Weasely’ Streeting refused to even comment on Trump’s law-breaking in Venezuela or his Greenland threats. When Weasely said he had nothing to add, Polanski publicly scolded him that it was his job as a minister to have an opinion:

Trump’s actions have destroyed international law and order; Streeting and his boss Keir Starmer have enabled him and continue to do so. UK politics needs more Polanskis – and a lot fewer Streetings and Starmers.
