vio Bolsonaro and Eduardo Bolsonaro for inciting a US military intervention in Brazil, it was confirmed.
The complaint, submitted to the PF against the sons of former President Jair Bolsonaro by the PT leader in the Chamber of Deputies, Lindbergh Farias, was also extended to Congressman Nikolas Ferreira.
The complaint requests the opening of an investigation against the three for the crimes of conspiracy and crimes against the state.
Farias perceives a strategic and coordinated action by the three, in an “apparent orchestrated campaign,” to “incite, justify, and normalize the idea of a foreign military intervention in Brazil, with the clear objective of overthrowing the legitimately elected government.”
According to the PT leader, these statements and public publications incite acts of war and attempted coups d’etat.
“Nikolas Ferreira materializes the desired outcome of this intervention through visual montages depicting the President of Brazil (Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva) being kidnapped by foreign forces, transforming rhetoric into visual propaganda of national surrender into a blatant attack on national sovereignty,” he explains.
For Farias, these publications are not isolated incidents, but rather the result of coordinated action among the three.
“The potential coordinated action among the three represented, with this ultimate goal, constitutes the structure of an apparent criminal association,” he argues.
