“These acts constitute international terrorism and affect all of Latin America,” the PCdoB stated in a note sent to Prensa Latina.

Therefore, it added, the defense of Venezuela is urgent.

It called for the unity of the region’s sovereign governments, social movements, and political parties to promote large-scale protests.

It insisted on preventing the escalation of aggression and demanded full respect for the independence of Venezuela and for Maduro.

From various parts of the world, people are condemning the military aggression perpetrated this Saturday by the United States government against Venezuelan territory and its population in civilian and military areas of Caracas, the capital, and the states of Miranda, Aragua, and La Guaira.
