Lukashenko told reporters about the attack, “It is the most savage terrorism, at the highest state level. If that is how it is being presented. And I ask myself, who needs it?”
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accused Ukraine of launching an attack on the presidential residence in the Novgorod region with 91 drones.
Lavrov said all drones involved in the attack were intercepted by air defenses.
The foreign minister stated that Russia does not intend to abandon the negotiation process with the United States following the Ukrainian attack, but will review its position in those talks.
