The organization noted that the fascism entrenched in the White House has deployed in the last few weeks, amid the decline of its imperial power, a series of hostile actions against the peoples of the world, and particularly against Latin America and the Caribbean, with the intention of reviving the Monroe Doctrine.

The text indicates that the leading target of those actions has been the Bolivarian people of Venezuela, which, with the unity, firmness, and courage inherited from Commander Hugo Chavez and with their leaders at the forefront, continue to resist external pressures.
