On December 28, Greece, Italy, and France — all signatories of the International Criminal Court (ICC) — allowed an Israeli aircraft to fly through their airspace. The plane, bound for the US, was carrying wanted war criminal, Benjamin Netanyahu. No efforts to force the plane to land or arrest Netanyahu was made in all three countries.

ICC member nations have an unequivocal legal obligation under Article 86 of the Rome Statute to cooperate fully with the court and arrest wanted individuals found in their territory — including their airspace. This applies to heads of state and government no less than to any other war criminal:

The Starmer government has gone even further in colluding in Israel’s impunity, including that of the ‘architect of Israel’s genocide‘.
Senior Israeli military and government officials have enjoyed special immunity to attend secret UK meetings without fear of arrest. Starmer even appeared on the steps of number 10 with war criminal Israeli president Isaac Herzog.
Starmer and his front-bench collaborators belong on trial in the Hague as much as any ‘leader’ enabling Israel’s crimes.
