In his radio program “129 Mann Ki Baat,” the last of 2025, the Indian head of government announced that the second edition of the Young Leaders Dialogue will take place on January 12. Representatives of the younger generation will share their ideas on important topics such as innovation, physical well-being, startups, and agriculture.

According to the Prime Minister, the country is developing new opportunities for young people to showcase their talents. He cited platforms like the Smart India Hackathon, whose 2025 edition concluded this month, as an example.

During this Hackathon, students proposed solutions to traffic problems, financial fraud, digital arrests, and challenges in the agricultural sector, among others, he noted.

Modi also cited examples of young people taking a leading role in their communities, schools, and even within the Indian community abroad, through cultural, energy, and women’s empowerment projects, among others, all supported by the government.

Furthermore, the Indian Prime Minister highlighted the upcoming Republic Day celebrations, on its 77th anniversary, as an opportunity to remember the country’s heritage and to pass on the great history of the heroes and heroines who fought for independence.
