“On December 21, 2025, in St. Petersburg, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, will participate in the meeting of the Eurasian Supreme Economic Council,” the Kremlin statement released to the press.

During the summit, key issues on the agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and further deepening of integration processes are scheduled to be discussed, as well as the adoption of several documents, including the possible signing of a free trade agreement between the EAEU and Indonesia.

The following day, December 22, at the initiative of the Russian president, St. Petersburg will host an informal meeting of the heads of state of the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the press service indicated.

Furthermore, during his stay in the city, Putin will hold a series of bilateral meetings with leaders of several countries, the Kremlin statement noted.
