Kinshasa, Dec 8 (Prensa Latina) Rebels from the Congo River Alliance-March 23 Movement (AFC/M23) accused the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) of deliberately bombing civilian populations, while Kinshasa blames Rwanda.
