Havana, Dec 4 (Prensa Latina) Cuba’s foreign minister, Bruno Rodriguez, paid tribute to Ambassador Mario Garcia Inchaustegui and his wife, Gladys Delgado, who lost their lives in an accident when the aircraft where they were travelling was hijacked.
