Astana, Nov 30 (Prensa Latina) Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry warned Ukraine today that its attacks on Saturday against the Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s (CPC) infrastructure in the Black Sea are damaging bilateral relations.
