San Jose, Nov 28 (Prensa Latina) A recommendation by a Costa Rican Congressional committee to lift President Rodrigo Chaves’s immunity, at the suggestion of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE), has added a new dimension to the national political landscape, according to press reports.
