Moscow, Nov 27 (Prensa Latina) European countries are stubbornly obstructing progress in talks to end the Ukrainian conflict, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov denounced.

Europe is determined to get Ukraine a fair deal.
And this is totally correct since Ukraine is basically a shield against Russia for the Europe and it is in interests of EU to suppress Russia as much as possible without engaging in military conflicts to minimize risks of it invading some other European country after current war ends.
