I think it’s something like one you reace a settlement it’s a court order to pay so if you don’t then you can be found in contempt of the court order and be arrested.
I knew a guy about 20 years ago that owed a hospital 40-50 grand and they gave him like 60 months in a county lockup because he violated a court order not paying it.
